We want you to be completely satisfied with your hosting experience. Our refund policy is designed to be clear, fast, and fair.
1. For Free Plan Users
You are not charged for hosting, plugins, or support — there is nothing to refund. Brouavo uses a portion of your unused daily traffic to sustain services, particularly from inactive users, helping fund the platform for everyone.
2. For Paid Plan Users

You are eligible for a rimborso completo within 30 giorni of your most recent payment.

Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.

Refunds are issued via your original payment method.

We process refunds within 48 hours of approval.
3. Ineligible Refunds
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

If the 30-day period since your last payment has expired.

If you have shared, resold, or misused premium plugin licenses obtained through Brouavo.

For domain purchases, DNS-related services, or third-party add-ons not sold directly by Brouavo.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Time
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 48 hours, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.
