1. Service Overview

Brouavo provides premium managed WordPress hosting with exclusive access to professional plugins, themes, and digital tools. Users can join either through a traditional paid subscription or by migrating their traffic and monetizing their visitor flow. Our goal is to democratize professional hosting and help users grow their projects without technical or financial barriers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement. Accounts registered by automated methods or bots are not permitted.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if misuse is detected.

4. Hosting Terms

• Paid Plans:
  • If payment is overdue by 7 gün, the hosting account will be suspended.
  • After 30 gün of non-payment, all data will be deleted and the account terminated.
• Free Traffic-Based Plans:
  • You must consistently meet the minimum monthly traffic for your hosting tier.
  • If your traffic drops below the threshold for 60 consecutive days, you will be downgraded.
  • If you are in the Starter Plan, and traffic remains too low, you may be invited to migrate elsewhere.

5. Promotional Plugin Access

Our powerful promo plugin becomes available after 45 days for all paying users, regardless of plan. For free users, it is only accessible starting from the Pro Plan, with its features scaled based on your current traffic.

6. Licenses and Usage

Plugins and themes provided by Brouavo are under valid licenses. Redistribution, resale, or installation on unauthorized sites will lead to immediate suspension and possible legal action.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Brouavo to host or distribute:

• Spam
• Malware
• Infringing or illegal content
• Unauthorized software
• Excessive resource-draining tools

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Brouavo.com, including texts, visuals, software, and infrastructure, remains the intellectual property of Brouavo or its partners. You may not copy or replicate it without express permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate our terms or disrupt our platform. Violators may lose access to hosting, plugins, email accounts, and all associated services.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users via email or dashboard alerts. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance.
